The following describes the terms through which we provide our services.

Buyer:

If a particular product is not available,please send to us a full description (specifications,photos and usage) of your desire product. We will respond to you in 48 hours with prices and information about your inquiry)

After your order is confirmed, we will provide you with a sales invoice including CIF prices and terms of payment.

With final payment Buyer will receive tracking information and Bill of Laden

Fees and Services:

Bank to Bank wire transfer:
US$40.00 per each transaction

Terms and Conditions:

All goods clearances are handled by client. We provide quality control services, with insistence of purchasing of samples. The warranty of all products will meet the manufacture requirements. In cases of shipping damages, we abide by all manufacturers rules and regulations, that means, products can be replaced by manufacturers once Buyer provide all necessary documentations (photos and report from custom services with an inspection report of damages) for proof of damages.  

Access and Interference

Users of this website will not copy or modify content unless receiving a written authorization from the owner of site. 
To hack or interfere with the website products or to try and alter any of its activities is a criminal offense. 

Privacy

Our clients information will not be auctioned, rented or modified at any time.
